Choosing Mister Right

1.     Must be in good health and condition (there should especially be no sores, scabbiness or blisters in the genital area)

2.    Must be compatible color to doe to be bred to

3.    Select a buck that does not have the same faults as doe to breed to

4.    Keep bucks cool during hot months. (Bucks can go sterile or have a low sperm count if temps. are over 85 degrees for 5 days in a row, this is temporary)
