Sales Policy

1.     I reserve the right to refuse a sale or terminate a sale at anytime during the sale process if I deem it necessary.

2.    I do not currently ship rabbits.  Will consider shipping within the US, however, all costs will be at the buyers expense.  Costs include buy may not be limited to: the rabbit or rabbits, a vet check with health certificate/s, fuel fee for my fuel to vet and airport, airline's shipping fee (apx $200-250 for 9-50# insured), and cost of carrier with bedding, feed & water cups).   Before any rabbit is shipped these costs must be paid in full.  If sale is cancelled these costs will not be refunded.  There are risks with shipping an animal. I will not be responsible for injuries or death of animal during shipping. Buyers ship at there own risk. I will insure the rabbits with Continental Airlines. All animals should be examined at pick up PRIOR to signing for them from Continental.  If any injury is found a claim should be made with Continental Airlines prior to you leaving with the rabbits. Failure  to do this will result in the insurance from Continental Airlines being null and void.  Arrangements can also be made to pick up rabbit or pick up rabbit at a show I am attending. 

3.    Rabbits are sold on a first come first serve basis unless prior arrangements have been made.            

4.    All rabbits sold will be of good health.  Buyer should inspect rabbit at time of purchase.  You are agreeing that the rabbit is of good health by completing the purchase.  No refunds will be made after the rabbit leaves my possession. 

5.    No guarantee of show quality, reproductive ability, or quality of the offspring as these depend on many different factors.

6.    There will be a maximum of a 30 day hold of a sold rabbit pending receipt of a down payment of at least half of the sale price.

7.    Accept Paypal, checks or cash.  A rabbit will not be considered sold until Funds have been verified, nor will rabbit leave my possesion until the funds have been verified as recieved.

8.    All monies owed must be paid in full prior to rabbit leaving my possession.

9.    Price subject to change up to sale arrangement of rabbit pending quality and development of the rabbit.

10.Should buyer cancel any sale arrangement or fail to pick up the rabbit by the agreed upon date all monies paid will be forfeited.
